Bluebrd restaurat refurbished awnings installed

The UK’s premier quality awnings manufacturer and installer, Deans Binds and Awnings UK, were recently asked to refurbish the awnings at the famous Bluebird Cafe in Chelsea. The cafe’s Classic Deans awnings were recovered. They were then refurbished in a subtle shade of Deans Sunvas fabric and branded with the Bluebird Cafe logo by the Deans in-house graphics department.

Co-op store at Great Barfield with new commercial awnings

Deans Blinds and Awnings, the UK’s renowned manufacturer of blinds and awnings, have helped to give the shop front at the Co-op Food store in Great Barfield a whole new look.

Deans installed their Classic commercial awning model. The awnings have transformed the store’s appearance into a new clean and effective image. The white frame colours contrast with the Corporate steel blue Sunvas material of the awning fabric.

The Great Barfield branch of the Co-op food store became famous in 2013. That year, a lucky consortium of staff shared a magnificent £2.1 million lottery win.

Polished and Treasured 40 Year Old Triumph Stag

Last year’s Camberley Car Show, organised by Collectively Camberley, was a smashing hit, and demonstrated how many treasured cars there are in and around Surrey Heath.

At a recent Probus lunch I was talking to one of the members about cars who owned a marvelous 40 year old Triumph Stag. I could not resist the temptation of taking a closer look at the car. Running my fingers over the excellent paint finish on the body proved to me that this was a car that was regularly polished. A Triumph Stag with wire wheels was unusual but, Reg, the owner, told me that they were a factory fitted option.

Here are a couple of images for the car enthusiasts among you to linger over, one showing the big 3.0 litre V8 engine and its two Zenith-Stromberg carburettors.
